Immediately following the first finish, Players 1 & 2 must turn and sprint to the bottom goal. As soon as they pass the mannequins, Player 3 takes off towards the bottom goal, and once close to the bbottom goal line, crosses towards players 1 & 2 to finish from close range.

Again, as soon as they finish on goal, Players 1 and 2 must turn again and sprint towards the top goal again. After 5 secs, Player 4 dribbles at full speed towards the touchline aqt the edge of the 18 yard box. Meanwhile, Player 3 sprints back to his starting position.
As soon as Player 4 arrives, he pulls the ball back to the penalty spot, which players 1 & 2 should be sprinting towards. the Player with the greatest desire to get to that position will be rewarded with a shot on goal.
Progressions
1. Remove mannequins and add two or even three who will compete for each attempt on goal.
2. Place a time restriction on all three attempts on goal. This should increase the intensity of work from the centre forwards.
3. Restricting the wide players to three or four touches also increases the tempo of the exercise as the crosses will dome in quicker.
Coaching Points
1. The quality and speed of the movement from both Players 1 and 2 are vitally importnat. Without defenders, the challenge must be to perform this exercise at maximum speed.
2. The quality of cross is also important. If the quality is not there from wide players, it will be frustrating for centre forwards.
3. The aim is for three goals from three attempts. Challenge the two centre forwards to produce this level of output. If hard work and quality are maximised, they shold get close.
4. Do not forget about rebounds!

2v2 - Server passes the ball to either Yellow Attacker, and both Yellow Attackers join in the attack against Red Defender 1 and Red Defender 2.
2 v 3 - All Players return to their starting positions. This time, the two Yellow Attackers play against the 3 red defenders in a 2v3.

2. In a 1 v 1 situation and be confident of beating your opponent.
3. Movement - split passes.
4. Follow up after a shot.
5. Both feet for shooting.
Progressions

2. Create a 1 v 1 wave game and keep rotating players after each 1 v 1.
